Pride. Performance. Professionalism.

Think Safe. Learn Safe. Be Safe.

At K-Limited, safety is ingrained in everything we do—every day, every employee, everywhere. From comprehensive training programs and regular safety meetings, to specialized equipment and advanced technologies, we have the people, resources and systems to ensure the safest transportation of liquid bulk materials.

In fact, our commitment to safety begins before we even hire a driver, with each applicant subjected to a stringent screening process to ensure they meet our exacting standards for safety and service.

Next, we employ a robust training program that is the calculated cross integration of several of the finest safety programs implemented in the nation. We actively involve our seasoned, veteran drivers in creating and implementing policies and procedures that protect the driver and the environment as well as work well in everyday scenarios. Our paid classroom training approach works closely with the Safety Department, Operations, and Maintenance to ensure each trainee receives the most comprehensive training possible.

Candi Coate, K Limited Carrier’s Vice President of Safety and Regulatory Compliance, is a Certified Safety Director through NATMI. Safety has always been front and center at K-Limited and quarterly safety meetings help to keep it there. These sessions leverage a true hands-on approach by involving our operations, maintenance and safety departments, along with senior management.

Our safety department is in close partnership with our insurance company, sharing the common goal of realizing continued safety improvements.

Finally, we provide our drivers with the state-of-the-art equipment necessary to safely and successfully do their jobs, even to include specially designed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We also reward our drivers and employees with professional driver recognition at our annual safety banquets.

Our goal is to protect our drivers, our customers AND our environment by preventing accidents before they happen. And we’re immensely proud of the results of our company-wide diligent commitment to safety as evidenced by our excellent CSA scores and the myriad safety awards we continue to receive.
